Our work spans diverse regions across Africa, each with unique healthcare challenges and opportunities. We tailor our approaches to address specific regional needs while building on common principles.
East Africa: Community Health Systems
In East Africa, we're strengthening community health systems that bring care closer to where people live. Through our Community Health Worker programs in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, we're empowering local health providers with training, digital tools, and supervision support.
Key Initiatives:
- ✓Digital health tools for over three thousand five hundred community health workers across twelve counties in Kenya

West Africa: Resilient Health Systems
Our work in West Africa focuses on building resilient health systems that can withstand shocks and emergencies. Drawing lessons from the Ebola epidemic, we partner with governments in Ghana, Nigeria, and Senegal to strengthen disease surveillance, emergency response, and health security.
