Territorial Transformation Compacts

Driving localized, integrated development through place based transformation partnerships

Our Vision for Territorial Development

THESO's Territorial Transformation initiative recognizes that sustainable development happens at the local level. Through place based compacts, we partner with county and municipal governments, local institutions, and communities to create integrated development pathways tailored to specific territorial contexts.

Our territorial compacts bring together all THESO focus areas into coherent, locally owned transformation plans that address the unique challenges and opportunities of each territory, ensuring no community is left behind.
